Pramit Pal Chaudhuri is the South Asia practice head for the Eurasia Group, a Fellow at the Ananta Aspen Centre, and Editor of the Quad+ journal. He was formerly the Foreign Editor of the Hindustan Times for 20 years. He also serves as an advisor to the Council of Energy Environment and Water and the Shakti Foundation. As a member of the Aspen Strategy Group of India, he is a delegate for several track-two strategic dialogues, including three with the United States, two with Japan and others with China, Israel, South Korea, Britain and the European Union. Recently, he joined the advisory board of Policy 4.0, a digital policy think tank in Bangalore.
He served two terms on the National Security Advisory Board for two prime ministers of India from 2011 to 2015. He was a member of its task forces on maritime security, neighbourhood policy and China, among others. In the past, he has been a Media Fellow at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Fellow at the Henry Stimson Centre, Washington DC; a Hubert Humphrey Fellow at the University of Maryland-College Park; a South Asian Fellow at Cornell University and a Schwarz Fellow with the Asia Society New York. He remains a non-resident Associate Fellow with the last organisation. He is a graduate of Cornell University and has lived in and travelled to over 50 countries.

R Jagannathan is a journalist with over 47 years’ experience in business and general journalism. He has been part of many launch teams, including Business Today, DNA and Firstpost.com. Mr Jagannathan has also helped revamp several business publications, including during assignments as Editor of Financial Express, Indian Management and BusinessWorld. He started his career with Financial Express as a reporter/sub-editor in 1976 in Mumbai. His recent focus has been on digital commentary and journalism, having been associated with Firstpost.com, Moneycontrol,com, business-standard.com and myiris.com. Mr Jagannathan is currently the Editorial Director of Swarajya magazine. He was the recipient of the Shriram Sanlam Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016.

Colonel Sonam Wangchuk is a distinguished military officer with a rich history of service to the nation. He embarked on his military journey when he was commissioned into the esteemed 4 Assam regiment in September 1997, following rigorous pre-commission training at the Officers Training School in Madras.
His early years in service saw him join a unit in Ukhrul, Manipur, where he played a crucial role in counter-insurgency operations within the region. In February 1998, Colonel Wangchuk's dedication and skills led him to accompany his unit to Sri Lanka as part of the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF). During his tenure in Sri Lanka, he gained invaluable experience in counter-insurgency operations, particularly in countering the LTTE cadre.
Colonel Wangchuk's commitment to maintaining peace and security continued as he undertook another significant counter-insurgency stint in the North East, serving with his unit in Manipur from 1993 to 1994. In 1999, his career took a pivotal turn when he was posted to the Indus Wing of Ladakh Scouts in Karu, Leh-Ladakh, for pre-emptive operations. During Operation Vijay, he demonstrated exceptional leadership as the Company Commander of 'F' Company, Indus Wing Ladakh Scouts. His company successfully evicted Pakistani intruders from a dominating height on the LoC. For this heroic act, his sub-unit received multiple prestigious awards, including the Maha Vir Chakra, Vir Chakra and Sena Medal.
Colonel Wangchuk's dedication to his profession was further exemplified during his tenure as an Instructor Class 'B' at the Indian Military Academy IMA, Dehradun, from 2000 to 2002. Recognised for his outstanding leadership and skills, he was approved for the rank of Colonel in 2007. He went on to command the 31 Sub Area Provost Unit in Srinagar, where he continued to contribute significantly to the Indian Army.
His service also included a staff tenure as Colonel A (D & V) at HQ 21 Corps, Bhopal, from 2009 to 2011. Later in his career, Colonel Wangchuk took on the role of Ground Liaison Officer with the Indian Air Force, where he served diligently for the last 3.5 years of his service.
Colonel Sonam Wangchuk retired from active military service in January 2018. Currently based in his hometown of Leh, he continues to be a source of inspiration and pride for his community and the nation, embodying the spirit of dedication, sacrifice, and honour that defines the Indian armed forces.

Sridhar Krishna is a Senior Scholar at Takshashila Institution, a public policy think tank. He leads the 20 Million Jobs project at Takshashila Institution and is a key member of the group researching AI governance. He is also a Visiting Fellow at a civil society organisation called Daksh, which works on judicial reforms. Until recently, he was a Managing Director at Accenture, where he helped clients enhance business outcomes by leveraging analytics and AI. He continues to help many businesses ride the waves of change as a management consultant.
Sridhar has over three decades of work experience and feels enriched by the diversity of that experience. He spent his first decade in manufacturing, his second decade in IT and outsourcing and his third decade in analytics and AI. He also spent a few years in London while leading Accenture’s AI platform in Europe.
