Aditya is the Head of Finance and Controlling at Star Engineers. A qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Company Secretary (ICSI), Aditya holds more than nine years of professional experience in financial operations, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, business valuations, business plans, setting up accounting policies and procedures, and conceptualising and implementing financial planning and management. He is enthusiastic about conducting in-depth analyses of business processes and developing complex data analysis models that assist stakeholders in making strategic decisions. A competent problem solver, Aditya possesses a remarkable track record of meeting assigned targets in an efficient and effective manner, dealing with internal and external customers. Born and brought up in a humble family from Bokaro, Jharkhand, Aditya completed his higher studies and professional qualifications in Kolkata. He receives constant impetus from his loving and most supportive better half, Mrs. Jyoti, and is a proud father of a toddler son, Aayansh. He firmly believes that ethics help foster a safe and engaging society that positively influences our relationships with the communities where we live and work.

Ajay Seth is the Chief Financial Officer of Maruti Suzuki India. In this role, he provides leadership, strategy and direction to Maruti Suzuki’s multi-functional sales, marketing, support and field services functions, driving continuous improvement and significantly contributing to the achievement of revenue and profitability objectives. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has worked for automotive companies for over 40 years. In addition to his experience at Maruti Suzuki, Ajay has also worked at Eicher Motors, JCB India and Escorts India.

His key areas of expertise include Finance, strategy, risk management, automation, planning, taxation, treasury, internal audits, corporate governance, handling Audit Committee and Board meetings, investor relations, acquisition strategy, value engineering and project management. Under his leadership, the company has experienced significant growth, increasing its turnover by Rs 12,000 crores, making it one of the most profitable Indian companies of all time.

Maruti’s market cap has grown from USD 5 billion to USD 32 billion under his leadership as it generates a profit of Rs 3,800 crores annually while creating tremendous wealth for its shareholders.

Amit Agarwal is a chartered accountant, a CFA charter member, and holds an MBA from IIM-Bangalore. He has close to two decades of experience in finance, corporate strategy, treasury, funding, M&A, regulatory matters, and consulting. In his previous stints, Mr Agrawal led Group FP&A for Indiabulls and spearheaded the group’s foray into the insurance space. He also served as the youngest member of the National Leadership Council at Jana Group, Zonal CFO at Essel Group’s listed entity, and at Tata Group, KPMG, and Grant Thornton in the BFSI domain. Apart from leading community initiatives for specially-abled children, Mr Agarwal has been a state-level chess player and a finalist at the Global Investment Banking Olympiad.

Amit Dang is a qualified FCMA with 28 years of rich experience spanning fundraising, structured finance, receivables and supply-chain finance, cross-border financing, leasing, regulatory compliance, technology, risk management and end-to-end enterprise management. Before joining the Jindal Group, he worked with HSBC, both in India and the UK, GE Capital, IDBI Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Nuvama (Edelweiss) Financial Services and SREI in senior leadership roles.

Anand is a Chartered Accountant with more than a decade of extensive multi-industry experience. Having held various senior positions in Fortune 50 companies and MNCs, he currently works with Jabra as Head of Finance for their India and Singapore operations. Anand is responsible for strategising and implementing business and financial plans geared towards the accomplishment of core objectives, with a solid record of contributions leading to lowered risk and heightened productivity.

Anand has expertise working in a manufacturing set-up and is proficient in analysing existing operations and implementing effective systems, strategies and processes to improve organisational performance and profitability. He also has experience in the ITeS domain and expertise in the transitioning of global processes such as streamlining, standardising and automating processes to improve operating efficiency and effectiveness. Anand is a team-oriented leader who is focused on achieving team goals, designing optimum organisational structures and supporting team members in achieving their goals. He enjoys travelling and listening to music.

Anil Kavadiya currently works with Gati Infrastructure as President & CFO. He is a fellow Member of ICAI and ICWA, and an Associate Member of CS, with over 27 years of experience in fundraising (domestic and offshore), M&A, strategic planning, promoter funding, private equity, structured transaction, trade finance legal & commercial, forex management, fund management, budgetary controls, cost control, etc. Anil previously worked as a Finance Controller in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. He has played a key role in strategic business planning and corporate restructuring, as well as turning his organisation into a profit-making entity.

Anshuman Singh is the CFO and a Director with Alleima India, based out of Pune. He is also Head of Finance for APAC operations of Alleima’s tubes division. Mr Singh is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of professional experience. Prior to Alleima, he worked with General Motors and Areva T&D. He likes to travel and takes a particular interest in history and people.

Anubhav is a Chartered Accountant with around 2 decades of professional experience and currently serves as CFO of ValueFirst, a subsidiary of US-listed Twilio Inc. He worked at KPMG and EY prior to joining ValueFirst. Anubhav is a certified electronic music DJ, which he enjoys as a hobby. His personal interest areas include spirituality, travel and music.

Anup is the Finance Director at Akamai Technologies India, a company headquartered in the US, which specialises in content delivery, security and cloud computing. He oversees the firm’s India entities in the areas of accounts reporting, Finance operations, statutory compliance and tax, in addition to other global projects. He is also a part of Akamai India’s leadership team and is involved in various site-related strategies and initiatives, including areas such as CSR. Prior to Akamai, Anup worked for KPMG in the audit function. Outside of work, apart from spending time with family and kids, he is a huge tennis fan who follows and plays the sport regularly. He also enjoys listening to and playing music, primarily in the rock, jazz, blues and classical genres.

Apurva Gandhi belongs to the promoter family of the Mutual Group of Companies and is the primary owner and director of the recently demerged group, Mutual Industries. As the leader of a new entity, Apurva is focused on building a future-ready organisation based on strong ethos and value systems, and one that is ready to migrate to becoming a brand with 10x growth in the next decade. Apurva joined the family business in 1996 as a trainee in its Finance function and gradually worked his way up to the position of CFO over 20 years. During his tenure, he gained exposure by forming multiple joint ventures and JV separation, as well as family, legal and Finance-related work. Due to his developed experience, he is now responsible for business strategy, organisational development and finance portfolio. Within finance, he supervises the controller, treasury, shareholder relations, accounting, tax, legal, audit and IT functions to pursue the company’s aggressive growth strategy and meet its clients’ and investors’ expectations.

Apurva was in charge of leading the transition from a family-owned and managed business to a family-owned and professionally-managed business as a key member of the management team. This included culture change initiatives and leadership development for the professional and family team. During this period, the organisation grew tenfold in revenue and workforce due to his hands-on approach to setting up manufacturing plants, building organisations from the ground up, implementing ERP and other operational experiences. Apurva holds a master’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University. He resides in Mumbai with his spouse, mother and two daughters.

Arun Velayudhan is a financial expert with 25 years of experience across the broad spectrum of accounting, taxation, costing, business planning, and sales operations. He started as a chartered accountant by profession but is now an auto enthusiast by choice. He is currently the Vice President of Accounting, Taxation, Legal, and Information Systems at Toyota Kirloskar Motor in Bengaluru. When not engaged with work, he prefers to spend time with family and friends, listening to retro music, reading fiction, or playing golf.

Arun is a qualified company secretary and currently works at CH Robinson Worldwide Group as Director of Finance, heading South Asia, the Middle East and Africa. CH Robinson is a US-headquartered 3PL (logistics) business and a Fortune 200 company. Arun has been working for the CH Robinson Group for 17 years and is on the Boards of its entities in the UAE, Sri Lanka and Kenya. His other interests include playing cricket, shuttle badminton and table tennis.

Ashish Agrawal is the Country Financial Controller of Cargill for India and Sri Lanka, which are wholly- owned subsidiaries of Cargill Inc. He has 19 years of diversified experience in financial controllership, GAAP and management reporting, risk management, controls, business development, strategy and transformation, ERP deployment, and building high-performing teams in the Finance domain, including in international assignments. Ashish’s association with Cargill spans across enterprises. Prior to Cargill, he worked with practicing firms. During his tenure, Ashish handled various positions across Finance for different businesses and corporate functions, leading teams throughout. He possesses deep business acumen and process knowledge across Cargill’s businesses and systems. Ashish is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in law with a specialisation in taxation.

Ashok is a fellow member of the CA, ICWA and CS institutes of India, CIMA-UK (SCS exam completed) and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Bharathiar University. He currently works as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for Paragon Footwear, one of the top five footwear manufacturers in India. His areas of expertise include business partnering, strategic advice, IPO process, valuation, sustainability, risk management and value capturing. Ashok, along with his wife Suma and son Ashwin, is based out of Bangalore. He likes listening to music in his free time.

Udhay Shankar is the Group CFO at Dr Agarwal’s Healthcare. He has over 25 years of leadership experience across industries including healthcare, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, IT and hospitality. He is also an experienced consultant in areas such as strategic financial planning, fundraising, cross-border M&A, turnarounds and technology. He has previously worked with companies such as Reliance Industries, Mahindra Holidays, Sterling Holidays and Spectra Soft Technologies. Udhay holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Madurai Kamaraj University and an ACA qualification.

Bimal Khandelwal is the Chief Financial Officer of STTelemedia GDC, which is India’s largest provider of purpose-built data centres. He is a strategic business leader with over 25 years of experience providing financial leadership across the entire gamut of Finance and operations, in the IT services, telecom, insurance, financial services and manufacturing sectors. He is an expert at leading and guiding businesses towards both top-line and bottom-line growth through M&As, cost optimisation, resource rationalisation and efficiency enhancement.

Chirag Mehta is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience in Finance and operations management. He has developed and implemented financial controls and processes in addition to productivity improvements. Chirag’s expertise lies in the core areas of Finance. He has demonstrated the ability to streamline operations and processes that drive growth, protect, and enhance value and add to the bottom line.

Deepak Saraf is the CFO of Jaideep Ispat & Alloys. He joined the company in 2013. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in commerce from Mumbai University. Prior to joining Jaideep Ispat, Mr Saraf worked with Deloitte as Senior Manager in Assurance Services. He carries over 19 years of experience and his key areas of work include accounts, Finance and general taxation.

Dharmender Tuteja is an alumnus of the Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi, as well as a Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. During his 35-year-long career in Finance, he has served at SAIL, KRIBHCO, SAMTEL, Controls & Switchgear and Humboldt Wedag before joining the Dalmia Bharat Group. Dharmender currently works as CFO of the Dalmia Bharat Group.

Dilip Kohli has been working as the Executive Director, CFO and Company Secretary of Geodis India, a French MNC and subsidiary of SNCF French Railway, since September 2018. He holds additional responsibility for overseeing the organisation's legal affairs. At the age of 57, Mr Kohli completed his 23 years of association with Kuehne + Nagel, a Swiss-German MNC, in September 2018 and moved on to join Geodis India. He joined Kuehne + Nagel as Finance Manager before reaching the level of National Finance Director, responsible for the entire Finance function in India. Prior to these two assignments, he worked with JK Organisation, and with Sherwin Williams Company in the US.

Mr Kohli managed various IPOs early in his career. His personal interests include reading, watching and playing cricket, music, travelling and interacting with different personalities. Mr Kohli has attended many leadership programmes in India and Europe. He constantly looks forward to interacting with other Finance professionals from various countries and experienced faculty from all over the world.

Dinesh Kulkarni is a qualified CA with over 27 years of post-qualification experience in Treasury and Finance with organisations such as NSE and the Reliance, Daimler and Volkswagen groups. He is currently the CFO of Kuwy Technology, which is a major digitalisation initiative and a Volkswagen Group subsidiary. Mr Kulkarni has a specialisation in Treasury in general and fundraising in particular. He is an extrovert who loves networking, meeting new people and understanding different perspectives to gain a well-rounded view. He loves music in general, but particularly enjoys Indian classical music and is currently learning Indian classical vocal at Suresh Wadkar’s Ajivasan Music Academy. He also likes reading books on self-help and business-related topics. Mr Kulkarni is a fun-loving person who loves travelling and road trips in particular.

Harak C Banthia, CFO of HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd (HMEL), has over 35 years of experience. He is responsible for functions like Finance, treasury, tax, insurance, information technology, legal, M&A and other commercial matters. He joined HMEL in 2011. Prior to this, starting in 1995, he worked as CFO in the steel and oil-and-gas-related projects and operations of the LN Mittal Group, in countries like Ireland, Romania, South Africa and UK. Harak earlier worked at Lovelock Lewes (now PwC) for 7 years in audits and other projects for MNCs. He is a rank holder in the Chartered Accountant Finals and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata.

Hemant Kumar is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and Cost Accountant with nearly three decades of extensive experience as a business partner, driving profitable growth and performance management, working with all stakeholders to enhance customer experience and stickiness, and acting as a co-pilot to the CEO. He has worked with companies like L&T, ICI India, Reckitt Benckiser, ConAgra India, Reliance Retail and Indus Towers. He currently works as Finance Director - Subcontinent Region for DP World.

Jagannath Sabat is the Chief Financial Officer at OPC. He established the F&A team in 2010 and has been leading it since. At OPC, Jagannath is responsible for corporate strategy, M&A, financial planning and reporting, treasury management, controllership, secretarial, taxation, compliance, HR and IT. He has over 18 years of rich cross-functional experience in managing a wide gamut of financial and commercial functions across diverse industries. Jagannath spearheaded the entire process for the acquisition of OPC by CHG Meridian AG. Prior to OPC, he worked at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Moser Baer and Euronet, where he was responsible for various functions under the corporate finance, planning and analysis, audit, commercial, supply chain management and compliance verticals. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Jagannath completed a management programme from IIM-Lucknow and holds a certification in IFRS.

Jitendra Dadhich, commonly known as JD, has 22 years of experience in Finance and business strategy. A management graduate from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, he currently works as Director Finance for Cimpress India (Vistaprint), a mass-customisation online platform for all printing needs. Jitendra’s hobbies include writing, karaoke and doing voiceovers. He is a huge fan of Amitabh Bachchan. Jitendra often plays the role of a motivational speaker for early-career professionals. His mantra is, ‘Have faith in your Faith’.

Joy Basu is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Times Internet and has been with the organisation since 2012. He has over 35 years of experience and previously served as CFO of GoAir, Sterlite Technologies and Rediff.com. Joy has wide experience in corporate governance, business turnarounds, capital raising, investor relations, operations, risk management and M&A. He is a Chartered Accountant and a recipient of the British Government Chevening Scholarship. Joy also attended the Senior Management Programme at Manchester Business School.

Joydeep is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of extensive and deep experience in business and finance leadership roles. His core competencies are in financial strategic planning, business mode finance, complex business restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, business expansion, and controllership. He joins us from Amrita University, where he was the Head and Advisor of the Technology Enabling Center. His prior work experience spans across TE Connectivity as Director Finance for India, the Middle East, and Israel; Louis Dreyfus and ITW as MD and Country Controller; GE Healthcare as VP and Group Regional CFO for South Asia; and Godrej & Boyce as National Commercial Manager.

He is a Chartered Accountant, has an MBA, and completed the Experienced Financial Leadership Program at GE in 2010. He was a trainer at GE's Financial Management Program and a former executive committee member of the Karnataka Chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce. He is co-chair of the Economic Affairs Committee of the Bangalore Chamber of Commerce and a visiting lecturer on financial management at Sathya Sai University and Amrita University. He is also a mentor for start-ups at IIT Madras, the Gopalakrishnan-Deshpande Center of Excellence, and Amrita TBI. Mr. Joydeep is known to the leadership team of Genworks, which transitioned from Wipro GE, as a key player in the rural healthcare model, public-private partnerships, and driving strategic investments.

Kamal is an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at Infotel. Over the last 35 years, he has worked in both the services and the industrial sectors in the core areas of Finance, accounts, taxation, risk analysis, supply chain management and project management. Kamal is a high-energy Chartered Accountant and a result-oriented business leader. He previously worked with organisations such as HFCL Infotel as Head of Finance and Commercial, The Supreme Industries, Consolidated Steels & Alloys and Usha Services and Consultants.

Ketan became the CFO of ThyssenKrupp Industries India and joined the Board as a Whole-time Director in June 2022. A qualified Chartered Accountant; he completed a Senior Management course from IIM-Calcutta and is also a Six Sigma Green Belt holder. He has more than 22 years of professional work experience across numerous roles in Finance, accounting and reporting, banking and finance, taxation and controlling at different hierarchical levels at ThyssenKrupp. As he progressed in his career, his responsibilities increased manifold to encompass direct taxation, banking and Finance, accounting and audit as per IFRS and Local GAAP, cost records and audit thereof, forex hedging and reporting to the group company in Germany. He presently leads a huge team at ThyssenKrupp, overseeing the Finance, procurement, estimation and commercial project management functions.

Ketan is a strategic Finance and accounts specialist with a successful career spanning nearly 17 years, including diverse roles distinguished by commended performance and proven results. He has rich experience working at the multinational and multi-cultural corporate level and in building and managing shared-service centres. He has a proven track record of working on the entire gamut of operations pertaining to corporate accounts and financial functions, ensuring adherence to international financial reporting and accounting standards, auditing guidelines, corporate laws, payroll and commercial laws to facilitate internal financial and process controls.

Ketan has expertise in implementing financial results forecasting systems that provide accurate future results and budgeting projections and ensure timely compilation and presentation. He is experienced in heading Finance functions, which involves determining financial objectives, designing and implementing systems, internal control and policies and procedures. Ketan has established consistent and appropriate business practices, enhanced controls for credit risks, and built staff/supplier morale at a time of financial distress. He has also instituted controls, teamwork and accountability throughout the entity.

Kishore Vora is the CFO of De Beers India and a Board member. He manages operations in India and the Middle East. Kishore is also responsible for De Beers and Forevermark operations.

KS Sastry has over 30 years of extensive work experience in industries such as fertilisers, sugar, seafood, EPC and infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and (currently) education. His experience includes roles in handling Board matters, fundraising, M&A activities, corporate governance, finalisation and consolidation of accounts, handling statutory and internal audits, and overall responsibility for other functions, such as legal, secretarial and administration.

Madhur Sharma is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst (US) and holds an MBA, among several other qualifications. He is a strategic, result-oriented and transformational Finance leader with over 17 years of proven track record in setting up and scaling up businesses and creating and executing winnable and profitable business strategies.

Madhur has a proven track record in leading successful M&A, JV integration, ERP and shared services deployment, and in transforming Finance into a driver of business growth. He is experienced in leading diverse Finance teams through complex transformations in fast-changing environments with robust stakeholder management. He is an entrepreneurial, people-first leader with deep expertise in FP&A, controls, risk, compliances, FX, treasury, procurement, insurance and taxation. Madhur is an ardent reader and loves to share his insights on various topics, ranging from macroeconomics and geopolitics to direct and indirect taxation and accounting.

Maneesh Goel is the Chief Financial Officer of Zupee, a leading real-money-gaming player in India. He has over 20 years of extensive and diverse experience in the financial and entrepreneurial domains. Maneesh’s deep understanding and financial acumen have helped him successfully lead various enterprises, taking them to greater heights. Owing to his vast experience, he has effectively synergised capabilities across large operations and manpower teams to significantly improve cost and operational efficiencies.

Prior to joining Zupee, Maneesh had a rewarding stint with PayU, where he served as CFO for over 6 years. Immediately preceding that, he started Den Snapdeal TV Shop as the founder and CEO, where he successfully built a TV-Commerce business in 2014. He was instrumental in scaling the business, growing it from strength to strength and leading it to break even. Maneesh helped the company rise to the top 3 ranks in a short span of 3 years with his commitment and resilience. In his previous appointments, Maneesh has served as the CFO at Getit Infoservices and headed Finance at Times Internet. In both these roles, he drove strategic initiatives to bring profitability and growth to the business. He was also actively involved in strategic planning, performance management, working capital and funds management along with M&A activities and establishing automated financial and business systems.

Maneesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost and Works Accountant. In the early years of his career, he spent close to 7 years working with American MNCs such as Honeywell and Dell and contributed to the rapid growth of their operations in India.

Manish Daga, Chief Financial Officer at Modenik Lifestyle, comes with over 27 years of experience in the Finance domain. He has a strong Finance background, built in leadership positions in global corporations. Manish has been expanding his remit to overall business excellence with an expertise in implementing strategies. Prior to Modenik Lifestyle, he worked extensively in the B2C and B2B space, driving leadership-level financial planning, business finance, tax and treasury functions.

Before joining Modenik Lifestyle, Manish was Chief Financial Officer at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting. In addition to his Finance responsibilities, he was responsible for the IT function.

Manish is a future-focused, high energy and results-oriented business leader with an immense passion for unearthing future-focused and commercially successful strategic initiatives. He is a member of ICAI and ICSI, studied commerce at university and holds CMA and CFA degrees.

Manish Kapur has been a Partner with the M&A Tax – Deal Advisory and PE practice of KPMG for the last 12 years. He has over 30 years of experience in areas such as M&A, transaction advisory, corporate restructuring, family offices, succession planning and capital structuring. Mr Kapur works with a range of multinational, private equity and domestic clients. He previously worked for the tax practises of Arthur Andersen, RSM and PwC as well as an in-house tax counsel for Motorola, where he was responsible for India and other South Asian countries.

Manoj Ladli hails from Odisha and is married to Puja Tumulu. They have two children, 17-year-old Maan and 4-year-old Maanyata. Manoj is an alumnus of IIM-B and ISB and a certified Chartered Accountant. He works as CFO/Managing Director– Finance for Carelon Global Solutions India (previously Legato Health Technologies). Prior to this, he worked with Ametek India, Britannia Industries, Tesco and General Electric. Manoj was the 2nd employee to join Carelon and has been an integral part of its growth journey. (The company now boasts a strength of 18,500 employees in India.) He was also one of the initial members of Tesco’s team and grew that organisation exponentially.

Throughout his career, Manoj has handled various roles alongside Finance, including IT infrastructure, HR, facility/administration, security operations, etc. He is passionate about teaching applied finance to children in grades 11 and 12. Manoj enjoys spending time with family playing badminton, singing Bollywood songs, travelling and reading books.

With over two decades of experience, Mayank leads the Assurance Advisory and Indirect Tax verticals at Nexdigm. He also spearheads Nexdigm’s growth in the GCC Region. Mayank is responsible for imbibing operational excellence across verticals. He is adept at understanding the challenges of multinationals and providing advice that addresses the strategic needs of clients. He builds lasting relationships and works alongside senior members of multinational organisations to create and deliver value-based solutions that contribute to both the top and bottom line. Before joining Nexdigm, Mayank led various advisory projects at Deloitte, including assignments related to process consulting, internal audits, investigations, project management, operations transformation, business support services and private client advisory, across diverse sectors.

Mayank believes in an agile and solution-oriented model of business, thereby adopting change as an everyday strategy. His attitude towards progress is solution-centric, and he believes in cohesively integrating service deliveries across different verticals for client success. He dedicates his commercial acumen to client benefit and, over the years, has developed and sustained relationships with global organisations. An inclusive leader, Mayank enables budding leaders to develop solutions that address the needs of a dynamic market environment. He encourages innovation in service delivery by embedding technology and exploring alternatives that may otherwise seem improbable. Mayank is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Information System Auditor. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Kelkar College (India). Mayank enjoys playing squash and watching movies in his free time.

MV Pavan is the CFO of Linde South Asia Services, spanning the South Asia region. He is a Chartered Accountant and previously held the roles of Vice President, Finance, and Finance Director at Praxair India and Praxair Middle East. His responsibilities include managing key stakeholders’ expectations and steering digitalisation and automation initiatives, among several other duties. He is married and has a 12-year-old son.

Nalin Jain is responsible for steering the future financial-growth path of Volkswagen Group in India. He has nearly 27 years of experience and has extensive knowledge and understanding of the Indian automobile industry. After receiving his master’s degree from SUNY Buffalo, Nalin began his career in consulting, and subsequently moved to the automotive industry, working with Indian auto major Mahindra & Mahindra and with FIAT. In 2010, after completing an MBA programme from MIT Sloan School of Management, he worked for the VW Group in India, Volvo Auto India and went on to become the Managing Director (Member of the Board) of Volvo Cars Malaysia.

Narahari has been working as CFO at Vimta Labs since February 2021, dealing with an extensive range of complex business and Finance issues, including business transformation, IFC compliance, process re-engineering, finance control, strategic finance management, etc. Additionally, he is responsible for overseeing supply chain management, focusing on value enhancement.

Prior to joining Vimta, Narahari worked in various sectors including metal and energy, pharma, logistics, fertilisers and agro-chem consulting, where he gained solid experience in risk management and improving efficiencies impacting business growth.

Niraj Agrawal is currently the Managing Director, Asia Pacific of MacLean Power Systems (a MacLean-Fogg company) and is responsible for Finance and Operations. He is involved in the business in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Philippines, China and Indonesia. He has around 26 years of work experience in the cement, packaging and utility industries. Prior to joining MacLean Power Systems, he worked at Aptargroup Inc, a NYSE-listed company, for over 11 years in different roles. He worked as Director Financial Reporting and Compliance for emerging markets (primarily Latin America and Asia) and subsequently as Director Finance of Asia and Director Finance - India & South East Asia. In those roles, he was the key person handling M&A in India.

Niraj started his career with the Aditya Birla Group in the cement business and worked for 8 years at different locations. He was involved in the set-up of a Greenfield project in Tamil Nadu and the implementation of SAP in the South zone marketing division. Neeraj is a member of ICAI and ICSI. He has attended General Management programmes at ISB, Hyderabad and at NUS Business School, Singapore. Recently, he earned an online certificate of specialisation in strategy from Harvard Business School. Niraj is passionate about playing table tennis and likes to explore new places globally. He prefers to spend his leisure time with his family and friends. Niraj and his wife Neelam have two daughters - Nehal and Navya.

Nitin Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant by profession with over two decades of hands-on experience. He has predominantly worked in the luxury auto sector and is currently Chief Financial Officer for Volvo Auto India. Nitin previously worked at BMW and Apollo Tyres. He is married to Gunjan and has a son, Ayaan. He enjoys cooking, driving, listening to music, travelling, cricket and badminton.

Pankaj is a Chartered Accountant. He joined SN Dhawan & Co LLP in 2008 after previously working for a Big-4 firm. Pankaj has over 16 years of audit and assurance experience in India and France and has an extensive working knowledge of IFRS and GAAP conversions. He has worked on key and large audit engagements, including those at NSE/BSE listed companies across diverse sectors – industrial, business services, manufacturing, IT etc. His portfolio includes clients that are multinational and thus require cross-border liaison and an international perspective.

Parag Agarwal joined Dr Reddy’s Laboratories as Chief Financial Officer from Reckitt Benckiser PLC, where he was CFO-Health, based in London. In a career spanning over 33 years, Parag has held several leadership positions, contributing significantly to the financial performance of his organisations. With over 10 years of working experience in several countries outside India, he brings deep global experience in leading business and financial strategy, transforming the finance function, as well as in M&A strategy and execution. He has expertise in driving performance management of investments, financial result delivery and driving operating margin improvement through revenue and cost optimisation across the value chain. Parag has held leadership positions in diverse cultural contexts and has driven large-scale change management programs in ambiguous and dynamic environments.

Prior to his 9 plus- year stint at Reckitt, Parag was associated with organisations such as Unilever, GSK Consumer Healthcare and Genpact. He is a chartered accountant and company secretary.

Piyush Sharma has been the Regional CFO-APAC and MEAP Region for Euronet since April 2014. He is 54 years old and has over 30 years of experience working with companies like C-DOT, Apollo Tyres, Luxor Writing Instruments, DX Technologies and Laserwords Chennai. Piyush brings rich experience in the Finance, legal and secretarial functions. He has handled venture capital funding, cross-border M&As and integration in his previous assignments.

He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at BHEL-GE Gas Turbine Services Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad and is a member of its senior leadership team. Prabhakar has 20 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, audit, tax, procurement, and people management. He has worked mainly with companies related to GE and has global experience in several re-engineering and transition projects across the US, Europe, and South Africa. Prabhakar is passionate about building and leading teams to execute the organisation’s strategy and deliver results. Pragnesh Shah has been the Vice President of Finance for Portescap Global since April 2020. He joined Portescap in September 2013 as Director of Finance and CFO for India. Prior to joining the current company, he worked at Pfizer for 17 years as an associate director of finance. He has over 27 years of experience in finance and has partnered in accomplishing several strategic initiatives during these years. Prashant Maheshwari is CFO at Sodexo India, a French multinational and Fortune Global 500. Preeti Chheda is the Chief Financial Officer of K Raheja Corp Investment Managers LLP and Mindspace Business Parks managed by REIT. Preeti has been associated with the K Raheja Corp group for over 14 years across various roles in commercial real estate, including equity and debt fund raising, acquisitions, raising private equity for real estate projects, investor relations and financial reporting. Before the Group, she worked with Marico Industries, Shell Gas (LPG) India and Cairn Energy India. Preeti is a qualified chartered accountant with over 20 years of work experience. She is also a company secretary, a CFA Charterholder and has passed the Uniform CPA examination from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, USA.

Puneet Biyani is the regional President at Lemma Digital and is responsible for taking tare of the APAC market along with finance and strategy. Lemma is an AdTech company that operates a supply side platform connecting digital OOH screens and connected TVs with global DSP networks.

Rajeev Saxena is a Chartered Accountant and leads the audit services at a member firm of Mazars in India. Rajesh Seshadri is a seasoned corporate professional who has risen from the grassroots to the C-suite level. His career spans three decades, of which he has spent sixteen years as a Board Member and CFO. Rajesh is presently the Global CFO for DHL Global Forwarding SSC, responsible for five centres spread across the globe. Sameer Zutshi is Senior Finance Director at HP India. He is responsible for the Finance function in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. His responsibilities include driving business metrics achievement, cash flow responsibilities, accounting and reporting, legal and statutory, analysis, tax, business insights, partnerships and compliance. Sameer’s team works with businesses to drive profitable growth across the group’s portfolio of computing, imaging and printing solutions. He joined HP in 2010 and has 32 years of work experience. Sanjay Kulkarni has over 25 years of experience in the fields of finance, accounting, taxation, and financial management. He is currently the CFO and Vice President of Information Technology & Procurement at Elantas Beck India. Sanjay is responsible for strategic objectives, digitalisation and information management, implementing key strategic projects in terms of expansion and M&A, in addition to operational finance and IT. With about four decades of rich experience across various functions of Finance, Sanjay’s core expertise lies in corporate Finance, corporate restructuring, treasury, investor relations, large deals structuring, M&A and new ventures’ development, financial management and control, risk management and corporate governance. He has diverse exposure and strong relationships with multiple professional entities, industry, government bodies and forums, including the banking and Finance fraternity, regulatory bodies, and legal, accounting and tax advisory firms. Sanjay has been an avid speaker on various forums. He worked with several industries in the first decade of his career, as well as managed an entrepreneurial venture for a short while. Her current responsibilities include technical research, advisory, L&D initiatives and ESG projects. Sarma Garimella comes with over 25 years of experience in large IT and outsourcing companies. He is an experienced finance professional with hands-on experience in financial accounting, financial planning, decision support, and M&A. Sarma is a seasoned professional who has been on the leadership team and worked on several strategic projects, including real estate, tax strategy, and cost management. Prior to CGI, he was associated with Accenture, TCS, and BHEL. He held a board position as Director at Accenture Solutions India from 2014–2018 and is currently on the board of CGI’s APAC legal entities. Sasi Ranjan Babu is a chartered accountant with multiple years of experience handling the Finance function at various IT MNCs in Chennai, and currently, in Bangalore. He was previously associated with Infinite Computer Solutions, Plintron Global Solutions (Lycamobile), ABCO and Optum. He currently works for XLHealth as the Head of Finance. Snehal Shah is a seasoned management professional. He specialises in business strategy and has over 30 years of cumulative experience in operations, business process, risk management, MIS, administration, vendor management and team building. His expertise spans financial services, metals, cement, carbon black, textiles, chemicals and refineries. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr Shah headed the Corporate Management Services division at Aditya Birla Group for over four years before donning the mantle of CFO at Century Textiles and Industries.Mr Shah was also part of Aditya Birla Capital for more than 12 years, where he helmed the financial shared services operations on top of corporate operations for the company’s life insurance wing. He also had a distinguished stint as Senior General Manager at Birla Copper for over three years, managing the treasury desk for metals, forex and interest rate trading. In the early part of his career, he was closely involved with the Chairman’s office at Aditya Birla Group in the capacity of Executive Assistant to the Chairman.

Sreekar Yaddanapudi is the Chief Financial Officer of Broadridge India. In this role, he leads controllership, procurement and FP&A functions for the India team and global accounting support teams comprising accounts payable, billing and receivables, general accounting, project accounting, and Sox compliance support.

Sreekar is a chartered accountant by qualification and has a rich experience of more than 22 years. Ganeshan is a fellow chartered accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras.

Suhas Dixit is Chief Financial Officer and Whole-Time Director at Savita Oil Technologies, a company engaged in the business of transformer oils, petroleum specialty oils, lubricating oils, and wind power generation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay and is a member of ICAI and ICWA. Sunil Kalra leads the risk consulting practice of Mazars in India, based out of Delhi. Mr Kalra’s key focus areas include risk-based internal audits, internal control framework, enterprise risk management (ERM), SOX compliance, process transformation, process transitioning, outsourcing services, corporate investigations, fraud risk assessment, FCPA due diligence and corporate intelligence. He previously worked with various clients across sectors and geographies including the US, Europe, the Middle East and South Asia.

Mr Kalra is a regular speaker and moderator on ERM, internal audit and forensic topics in various forums, such as ThoughtLeaderGlobal, PHD Chambers, ICAI, ASSOCHAM, IICA and the CFO Forum. He is a member of various business committees, including ASSOCHAM’s Committee for Internal Audit & Risk Management and the PHD Chambers’ Committee for Corporate Governance.

Swapan Mukherjee has over 25 years of experience in the Finance and commercial functions, out of which he spent the last 17 years in the real estate sector. He is currently the Group CFO of the Gera Group, heading the Finance, legal and land acquisition functions. Swapan joined the company in 2011 and has since been an integral part of the core management team.

Some of his key roles as Group CFO include setting up the corporate strategy for its growth and expansion, identifying various micro markets, including setting up overseas operations, M&A, dealing with PE Funds, and the tax strategy and treasury functions. While heading the land acquisition vertical, his achievements have included helping his company acquire the highest land parcels in Pune’s history and securing an overall project value of more than USD 1 billion before its launch in FY22-23. In addition, the company achieved the highest (AA) credit rating, the only private real estate company in the country to do so.

Swapnesh Maru joined Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) in 1999 and currently heads its Finance, Tax and Impex, Legal and Secretarial, and IS and HR functions. TKM is a joint venture between Kirloskar Systems and Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan. Established in 1997, it has a manufacturing facility in Bidadi, Ramanagara district. TKM has introduced to the Indian market such popular automobile brands as the Toyota Qualis, Corolla Altis, Innova Crysta Fortuner, Yaris, Camry, Etios, and Liva. The models brought to India incorporate the latest in automobile technology and manufacturing processes. Swapnesh Maru joined TKM 20 years ago.

Umakanta is a managing director at Kroll and is based in Mumbai. In his current capacity, he is responsible for the overall financial valuation practice for Western India. He has over 15 years of experience in financial advisory services, including valuation, fairness opinion, disputes, restructuring, equity research, credit research and other advisory services. Umakanta has managed a range of mandates, including business valuation, intellectual property valuation and complex capital structure valuation. He has also advised several clients on swap ratio determination, corporate finance, business plan development and review, exit strategies and shareholder disputes.

Umakanta has managed and executed a range of financial advisory engagements for the energy, utilities, infrastructure, private equity, insurance and financial services healthcare, telecom, media and entertainment, retail and IT and ITeS industries, including M&A, accounting and tax reporting, transfer pricing, litigation, dispute resolution and strategic purposes. His specialisation includes valuation of complex financial instruments, such as complex convertible instruments, earn-out and contingent payments, cross-currency interest rate swaps, options and other hedging instruments. He has also advised several companies on distress debt transaction, earn-out structuring and ESOP structuring. Prior to joining American Appraisal, Umakanta worked in Deloitte’s financial advisory services practice and in Evalueserve’s investment research and valuation team. He holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Umakanta is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) under Valuation of Business and Intangible Assets pathway and holds the Certified in Entity and Intangible Valuations (CEIV) credential from the American Society of Appraisers.

Vikas Goel is a qualified chartered accountant and cost accountant. During his professional experience of over 30 years, he has held senior management positions across leading multinational and Indian companies in the manufacturing, engineering, and auto ancillary sectors. He works along with the CEO and functional leaders in delivering business strategy by providing strong financial leadership. Vikas is currently the CFO of Sansera Engineering Limited, a leading precision components supplier in the automotive and aerospace sectors, where he led the company’s IPO. Previously, he has worked at Ingersoll Rand, Stanley Black & Decker, Weir Group, and Motherson Sumi Group.

In prior roles as CFO of Cognizant’s individual business units, he focused on financial planning, forecasting, strategic deal pricing and acquisitions.

As Chief Administrative Officer and at Apexon, Vinu is responsible for driving all financial actions that impact 6,000+ employees across 13 offices worldwide.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Madras, an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Management Studies at the University of Indore, and an MS from CUNY New York.

Virender Bansal is Vice President of Finance with Terumo India, a Japanese company and one of the world’s top 15 medical device makers. He is a qualified chartered accountant and cost and management accountant with more than 20 years of rich experience across finance and healthcare. Prior to Terumo, he was associated with large healthcare companies in India, including Boston Scientific and Fortis Healthcare. Mr. Bansal was extensively engaged in leading the finance, SCM and IT functions for these organisations in their start-up phase. His areas of interest include defining and leading the strategic roadmap for the organisation, creating operational excellence, performance measurement and technology adaptation. During his free time, Mr. Bansal loves playing cricket, watching off-beat movies and listening to good lyrical music.

Vivek Arya is a qualified chartered accountant who graduated from SRCC and holds an executive MBA from IIM. He started his career with E&Y and subsequently worked at various global IT and ITeS organisations, such as Newgen, CSC and Sapient, as well as government organisations like the British High Commission (UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office). Vivek is a finance professional with 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, global in-house centers, and business operations. He currently works at Airbnb as an executive director on their board and as finance director, leading the finance function. Vivek is married to Sunanda Arya and has a teenage son. He loves traveling, exploring various cultures and foods, and having real conversations with a diverse set of ever-evolving people.

Vivek Khemka has been with Harman for over 13 years now and has been entrusted with various roles over the years. Most currently, he is VP Finance for the Connected Services Division globally. He is based out of Bangalore and previously held senior roles with KPMG and EY. He is a chartered accountant, an executive MBA, and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. Mr. Khemka has over 22 years of experience, specialising in planning, executing, and integrating cross-border acquisitions; debt raising and credit rating; PE fund raising and partnering; p/l management and business restructuring; strategy formulation and execution; tax and treasury strategy.

Writosloke Deb (Writo) has been working at Fidelity Business Services India since 2004. He has played a variety of roles across India and Ireland and is currently the Head of Finance for Fidelity in India.

With an education in economics and finance, Writo has had varied work experience, ranging from being an Economy Correspondent, to leading large cross-border operations organisations and global strategy and Finance teams.

Born, raised and schooled in Kolkata, he enjoys playing bridge and ‘ADDA’ (very informal conversation mostly in areas outside your domain), but unlike most Bengalis, he does not have a sweet tooth. Bengaluru has been his primary home for the past 20 years, and he loves it despite occasionally missing the street food of Kolkata!

Writo and his family are travel enthusiasts with a discerning palate, which motivates them to explore the culinary cultures of the places they visit. With the pandemic limiting travel, Writo started experimenting with cooking, an area that needs vast improvement based on his family’s feedback.
