Net Neutrality
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India recently released a consultative paper inviting comments on the issue of net neutrality, an issue that has created flutters over the past few months. The principles of net neutrality assert that ISPs and regulators should treat all data on the Internet equally without discriminate pricing or other hindrances for content, platform and applications. This paper explains the conundrum that regulators need to grapple with.
