Join a fun-filled evening with peers from across the country at the opening of the 2024 CHRO Roundtable. A pleasant evening in Vizag, the company of friends and peers - there couldn’t be a better way of bringing in a weekend of learning and deep camaraderie. AI is the most disruptive force impacting industry today, driving profound changes across the business as organisations embrace AI powered digital transformation. In HR, AI is revolutionising recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and talent development by enhancing efficiency and decision-making processes. While attrition cannot be fully predicted, leveraging AI helps address this business challenge. Cyient, for instance, exemplifies attrition analysis using AI. This session explores the latest AI technologies reshaping HR and the future of work, addresses ethical considerations and related challenges, and shares best practices from Cyient on how they have integrated AI into HR strategies. It aims to help leaders seize the opportunity to stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving digital world. Additionally, the session will provide hands-on experience in utilising data efficiently with AI to understand a company’s attrition patterns.
