Adit Jain established IMA India, an economic and business research company in 1994. He continues to serve as its Chairman and Editorial Director. Previously, he worked with Lazard, an investment bank, as Vice President and Head of M&A. Adit has advised companies on their India strategy, deposed as an expert witness in several commercial litigations in the United States and given testimony at Parliamentary proceedings in India and Australia. He provides briefings to Company Boards, speaks at emerging market seminars and has lectured on business policy as Adjunct Faculty at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and the International Management Institute.

Over the years, he has authored more than a thousand articles in the domains of economics, politics, conservation, international affairs and business practices. He is Editor of IMA’s Quarterly Country Report, CFO Connect (a monthly magazine for the Finance function) and IMA’s principal economic commentator. His writings frequently focus on the economic role of governments. He is a non- executive Director on the boards of Sanmar Chemplast, Cuddalore Vinyls, PR Pundit Public Relations and SAMHI Hotels. He previously served on the boards of Shriram Transport Finance, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam, Engineers India Ltd, Certification Engineers International Limited and Indosolar. Adit works closely with forest authorities in Madhya Pradesh on education, community and social initiatives. His foundation sponsors the education of thousands of school children across the Indian Subcontinent. In 2009, Adit was elected a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, London. A keen wildlife photographer, he travels extensively in the Indian Himalayas and spends time at National Parks in India and East Africa.

He has authored a book, ‘Wildlife Chronicles’ on his travels in the forests of India, which intends to create an awareness of our country’s national treasures. The book was published in October 2022 by Rupa Publication. Written as a travel log, the book contains information on various forests, their flora and fauna and the challenges they face in achieving the fine balance between the needs of conservation and the livelihoods of local communities. It is intended to explain the importance of conservation and generate interest in its preservation among the wider population to visit and generate opinions on their preservation. Over the past twenty years, Adit has travelled extensively across wildlife reserves, spending on an average about one week each month. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, India and a master’s degree in business administration from the Henley Business School.

Amit Dubey is a renowned national security expert and a researcher in artificial intelligence and quantum computing. A prominent speaker and a renowned name at national and international cyber security conferences, Amit is regularly quoted in Indian print and electronic media on global cyber issues. He is also frequently invited by various arms of the Indian government, including its defence forces, to train their cyber professionals. He often consults with Indian government agencies and police departments on matters of AI, ML, quantum and cybercrime investigations. He has been invited by the Indian Parliament to consult with Parliamentary Standing Committees on Technical issues and AI challenges.

A Commonwealth UK Chevening Fellow, Amit trained at the Defence Academy of the UK and received a post-graduate degree from Cranfield University, Shrivenham in cyber crime investigation. He has trained over 150,000 police officers, judges and bureaucrats across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Dubai, etc. He has also been appointed as a key member of various task forces created by the Government of India, including the R&D Working Group of the Ministry of Electronics and IT; UP’s Police Technology Mission; UP’s Cyber Security Policy Draft Committee; and the GoI’s BPRnD Content Development Committee.

Amit hosts the popular radio show ‘Hidden Files’ on 93.5 Red FM. The show reaches 20 million listeners every week and is available on all leading platforms. CNN-IBN featured him as a national security expert and covered a few of his cases in a documentary on ‘Cyber warfare in India’ in 2012.

Amit has written five books on his cyber crime investigative experiences: ‘Return of The Trojan Horse’, ‘Tales of Criminal Investigation’, ‘Hidden Files’, ‘Hidden Files-Unlock’ and ‘Atharva’, which include some thrilling crime cases that he solved. He writes regular columns in newspapers and in the children’s magazine, ‘School Live’ to spread awareness around cybersecurity.

Amit is known for his hacking expertise and proactive approach towards tackling expected cyber- attacks. His long experience of working with companies like Samsung, ST-Microelectronics, and Qualcomm familiarised him with mobile software and firmware. His demonstration of hacking a mobile in just 10 seconds went viral on various social media networks.

Amit holds 22 years of rich experience in the telecom and mobile phone software domains with leading telecom MNCs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and instrumentation and an MTech (telecom systems) from IIT - Kharagpur. He has been awarded at many international platforms, including the prestigious Golden Peacock Award, 2015 in Dubai for Best Innovation of the Year; the Leader of Excellence award from the Women Economic Forum; the Aegis Graham Bell Award, 2015 for Best Innovation in Cyber Security on Mobile Device; and the Best Innovation for Smart City, 2014 award by Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.

Krish Shankar is an HR professional with over 39 years of experience and has led HR functions in organisations like Hindustan Unilever/Unilever, Bharti Airtel, Philips and Infosys. He recently retired as Group Head of Human Resources at Infosys.

Krish holds a postgraduate diploma in HR from XLRI, Xavier School of Business, an executive certificate in strategy and organisation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a doctorate in Business Administration from Aston University.

He is the author of ‘Catalyse- Power Up Your People Ecosystem,’ a much-acclaimed playbook for HR. He blogs occasionally on LinkedIn and is passionate about exploring new ideas in HR and organisational development and mentoring young people. Shankar spends his leisure following sports, running the occasional half-marathon and reading. He now spends a large part of his time with the YouThrive Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation focused on bringing access to soft skills training to underprivileged youth. Shankar was also the President of the National HRD Network in India from 2019-2021. He was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award by XLRI in 2019.

D Shivakumar has been a CEO for half his career. He is currently an operating partner with Advent Private Equity, a global PE firm. He spent the last five years at Aditya Birla Group, where he ran global strategy and business development; ran the premium cement business from June 2018 to August 2020; ran the global textiles business from January 2019 until December 2022; and ran the corporate economics cell from February 2022 to April 2022. Shivakumar was responsible for keeping the Global Textile business profitable for the last three years, focusing on value chain ecosystem partnerships and moving up the value chain into apparel and retail. He also sat on the business review council of the 30 ABG businesses. Prior to that, he worked for organisations like PepsiCo South Asia, Nokia India, Philips India and Unilever. Shivakumar regularly teaches at leading business schools and is a speaker at industry forums on transformation, digitisation, leadership, followership and business models. He also writes regularly for the business press in India and mentors start-ups. He is the author of three books, including the bestseller, The Art of Management, published by Penguin.

D Shivkumar currently serves on the board of Burger King India, Emeritus Mobile Marketing, IIM Udaipur and XLRI. He has previously held board positions in many organisations like NourishCo, Godrej Consumer Products, Philips India, IIM Calcutta and Advertising Standards Council of India. He has won several awards including Asian Leader of the Year, Asian Association of Management Organizations (2020); Indian Business Leader KPMG and Horasis, Barcelona (2019); Distinguished Alumnus IIT- Madras (2016); Distinguished Alumnus IIM - Calcutta (2011) and Best CEO (2010).
